The R.K Education society was established Care Yoga Naturopathy Medical College and Hospital in 2017. The academic program is spanned over a period of 4 ½ years which includes three parts of 18 months duration of I, II, and III, BNYS and 12 Months of Compulsory Residential Rotatory Internship [CRRI] at the various hospitals across the country identified for their speciality and approved by the authorities.

The prime aim of Care Yoga Naturopathy 100 bedded Hospital is to treat patients through yoga naturopathy using five great elements of nature i.e (Earth, Water, Air, Fire & Ether) to stimulate healing mechanism within the body. The inmates are also educated about a healthy way of living by bringing awareness about proper diet, nutrition, exercise and life style modifications.

The location and the ambiance is conducive for learning. The VAK teaching method - visual, audio, and kinesthetic methodology is interactive with updated information and research on the subject is included by the teachers. Traditional teaching methods like chanting are adopted for classical subjects like Yoga

There are separate hostels for ladies and gents within the same campus. The hostel rooms are comfortable four bedded, furnished with basic amenities Cot, bed, study table and wardrobes for individual students. The hostel has power backup in the form of generator. The entire campus also has solar power source as back up. The hostels also has power laundry services provided at a very nominal rates The mess is attached to the hostel and has a seating for about 400 students at a time. The serves naturopathic food and the menu is programed for a week .The food items served includes items made from different millets which is a better source of nutrition.

Admission into BAMS, BHMS, BUMS & BNYS Courses in all the Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Unani and Naturopathy Medical Colleges affiliated to Dr. NTRUHS for the academic year under Competent Authority Quota seats i.e., the seats in Government Ayurveda, Homoeopathy & Unani Colleges and Competent Authority Seats in Private Un-aided Non-Minority Ayurveda, Homoeopathy and Naturopathy Medical Colleges under Dr. NTRUHS, Vijayawada.

The admission for Care Yoga Naturopathy colleges in Private colleges is divided into two categories :

  • Government Seats and
  • Private (management) Seats
  1. Government Seat: The Counseling is conducted by Dr. NTRUHS (NTR University of Health Sciences) in which only local domicile students can participate in Counseling and it is based on NEET Score and Ranking. 50% of seats are available for government seat in Private colleges. The Andhra Pradesh Ayush Counselling (BAMS/BHMS/BUMS) will be done in online mode on the official website of Dr. NTRUHS. There are three rounds of Counseling First round, second round, and Mop-up round of Counseling. etc
  2. Private(management) Seat: The Private Seats are open to all, where the aspirants must be qualified in the NEET-UG examination. 50% of seats available for Private or management seats, in which 15% is for NRI.

Course Duration:

5 ½ Years (Study Period – 4 ½ Years + Compulsory Rotating Internship 1 Year). Students will have 4 professional exams within a duration of 4.5 years and a compulsory rotating internship for 1 year. medical colleges in Karnataka states are regulated as per the rules and regulations of the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science which is also known as RGUHS, Bangalore.

Eligibility:-

  • A candidate must have passed the PUC or its equivalent examination with English as one of the languages and Physics, Chemistry & Biology as optional subjects with not less than 50% of marks in aggregate in the Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry & Biology).
  • The candidate should have attained the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission.
  • In order to be eligible for admission to the undergraduate course for an academic year, it shall be necessary for the candidate to obtain a minimum of marks at the 50th percentile in the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by an authority designated by the Central government, for the undergraduate course held for the said academic year.
  • For candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC the minimum, marks shall be at the 40th percentile. For candidates with benchmarks disabilities as specified under the rights of the persons with Disabilities act, 2016 (49 of 2016), the minimum marks shall be at the 45th percentile for the General category and 40th percentile for the SC/ST/OBC
  • For Foreign national candidates any other equivalent qualification to be approved by the Central Government may allow, and entrance examination for admission to undergraduate courses namely NEET shall not be applicable for the Foreign national candidates.
  • Only those students who have qualified NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST [NEET UG 2021] conducted by NTA are eligible for admission either through Merit, Management, or NRI quota.
