Smt. C.M.P Homeopathic Medical College, Mumbai Maharashtra. The Homeopathic Education Society runs Smt. Chandaben Mohanbhai Patel Homeopathic Medical College. The College was affiliated to University of Bombay (Mumbai) and now with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences at Nashik.

The Late Shri Mangaldas Pakwasa founded The Homeopathic Education Society with the object of establishing a Medical College, Hospital and Charitable Dispensaries, which would pave the way for the spread of scientific Homeopathic practice and research.

The Institution that came into being in 1957, in a rented premises at Sion, Bombay, took a giant leap forward in 1960, by acquiring about 17000 sq yards of land in Vile Parle west, Bombay and building over a period of time, the Homeopathic complex, accommodating the Smt. Chandaben Mohanbhai Patel Homeopathic Medical College, Shree Mumbadevi Homeopathic Hospital and Dr. A. D. Edal Behram Girls Hostel.

The course for B.H.M.S. Degree shall be of 5 ½ years duration including One Year compulsory rotatory internship after passing the Final B.H.M.S. Examination. The Degree of B.H.M.S. shall not be conferred unless the Candidate has worked as internee for the prescribed duration up to the satisfaction of the Head of the Institution in a Hospital approved by the University.

It enhances the scope, standards and awareness of Homoeopathy as well as Homoeopaths to the level of other globally accepted medical practices. focus on value system, scientific thinking and research aptitude amongst homoeopaths and enhance public confidence through innovative applications and awareness.
