Shri Mahalaxmi Mahila Homoeopathic Medical College, Vadodara, is a Private College established in the year 2000-01. The College is affiliated to Bhavnagar University, Bhavnagar, located in Gujarat with an annual intake of 100 seats. The College library has a rich collection of Homoeopathy books and allied medical subjects. The library has well-stocked journals, magazines, newspapers and periodicals. The process of Admission to BHMS (BACHELOR IN HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINE & SURGERY) Course starts after declaration of results of 12th (HSC) Science (B-Group or A+B Group). The minimum requirement for admission includes passing marks in Physics, Chemistry. Biology with English and with compulsory NEET scores. Every year the admissions are done by State Govt. through Centralized Admission committee.

For admissions to first year B.H.M.S., Gujarat State Government quota is 75%, NRI quota is 15% and management quota is 10% of total seats of 100 capacity of students each year. Fees are according to the fee Regulatory Committee (Government of Gujarat)

In Gujarat Counseling for AYUSH is conducted by Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) .ACPUGMEC is limited to the conduct of centralized Counseling, which includes online registration, document verification, online/offline Counseling procedure, seat allotment and issue of admission order as per NEET UG of current academic year. Course Duration:

5 ½ Years (Study Period – 4 ½ Years + Compulsory Rotating Internship 1 Year)

Eligibility:

1. Applicants must have passed class 10+2 or equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as mandatory subjects.
2. Candidates must have scored minimum 50% marks in Biology /Biotechnology, Physics & Chemistry.
3. The Minimum age of the applicant at the time of admission should be 17 years.
4. Applicant must be NEET qualified.
5. Applicants should be an Indian.
