The allotment of seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2025 Examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For the A.Y 2025-26 M/o Ayush has decided to include the AIQ seats of B. Pharm (Ay) ITRA, Jamnagar, in the AACCC-UG counseling and the allotment for the said seats is based on the candidate's merit in the NEET (UG)- 2025 as per the eligibility conditions in the relevant Regulations laid down under ITRA Act 2020. The AACCC under the Ministry of Ayush, will conduct four rounds of online counseling for admissions into 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. These rounds include the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounds, followed by two phases of the Stray Vacancy Round (SVR-I & SVR-II).

The State Selection Committee under the Commissionerate of Indian Medicine & Homoeopathy, Tamil Nadu is the official authority responsible for conducting merit-based counselling and admissions to AYUSH courses (BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, BHMS) in the state.
Eligibility: Candidates must qualified NEET UG–2025, as per the regulations of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH) under the Ministry of AYUSH. Candidates must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology and secured a minimum of 50th percentile in NEET UG–2025, while SC/ST/OBC/MBC/Denotified Communities candidates require 40th percentile. For candidates with benchmark disabilities, the minimum marks are 45th percentile for General category and 40th percentile for reserved categories.
PROCEDURE FOR FILLING AND SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION FORM:-
8. All the entries in the online application form should be filled by the candidate carefully. The candidate should ensure that all information including the marks in the qualifying examination furnished by the candidate in the application and the enclosures are true and correct. The candidate is informed that after proper scrutiny of the application, if the marks furnished by the candidate in the application are not correct or any other information is found to be incorrect, then;
a. Candidates will forfeit the admission, no matter at what stage of the course, at that time
b. Candidates will be debarred from pursuing any other course for a period of three years
c. Legal proceedings / criminal action will be initiated against the candidate along with their parents/guardian for furnishing false Mark Sheet / false Community Certificate / false Nativity Certificate.
9. Even if the candidate is provisionally selected for the AUSH admission but found to have failed in +1 examination, the provisional admission of the candidate will automatically stand cancelled.
10. Instructions for filling the Online Application Form: • The candidate and the parent / guardian must ensure candidates eligibility criteria before submitting the online application form. The candidates are instructed to go through the Prospectus carefully and be clear about all the instructions with regard to the submission of the online application form. • The application form other than the one filled in online mode will not be accepted, under any circumstances.

12. Candidate should fill the following particulars in the online application form:
a. Same passport size photograph which was uploaded in NEET UG2025 examination must be uploaded in the online application form. The same should be submitted at the time of admission at the allotted AUSH Medical College.
b. The candidates should upload their signature in running hand writing (4kb to 20 kb) in the appropriate box given in the online application form. Placing initials as signature is not acceptable. Writing full name in the box in capital letters would also not be accepted as signature and the application form would be rejected.
c. The candidates must ensure that photograph and signature are uploaded in the respective fields.
13.Candidates are instructed to submit only one application form.
14.Candidates should ensure that all information entered in the online application are correct at the time of online submission of application form.
15.Incomplete applications and applications not in accordance with instruction will not be considered and are liable to be rejected. The application fee once paid will not be refunded.
16.Submission of online application and remittance of fee would close as per the schedule given and no request for extension of time shall be entertained. Application once submitted cannot be withdrawn.

Re-allotment is permitted during the Round 2 and Round 3 of counselling based on rank following the rules of reservation. d. If a candidate fails to join the College within the stipulated time, in the Round 1 or Round 2 of counselling candidates will be permitted to participate in the Round 2 or Round 3 of online counselling respectively. |

Candidates who are allotted seats in Round 1 but who don’t report or join in the allotted institute can participate in further Rounds (without forfeiture). k. Candidates getting upgraded in Round 2 shall NOT have any claim on Round 1 seat. Virtual vacancies: Any candidate who has been allotted a seat in Round 1 and has opted for upgradation in Round 2, that allotted seat of Round 1 will be shown as virtual vacancy in Round 2 and all candidates can fill their choice for the said seat during the choice filling in Round 2. However, such seats will be allotted in Round 2, only if the allotted candidate of Round 1 vacates/upgrades in Round 2 then that virtual vacancy becomes a real vacancy. |
| ROUND - 3 OF ONLINE COUNSELLING | When a candidate is scheduled to attend the Round-3 online counselling, then the candidate has to pay the Processing Fee of Rs.500/-(nonrefundable) via online Bank payment portal. The candidates who have already paid the Processing fees during previous Rounds of counselling need not pay again if they have not been allotted seats. Eligibility:- Candidates who locked their choices in Round 1 or Round 2 but were not allotted any seat are not required to lock their choices again, while fresh choice filling in Round 3 is permitted only for candidates who did not lock their choices in the earlier rounds, subject to payment of processing and advance tuition fees. If a candidate is upgraded from Round 1 or Round 2, they must be formally relieved from the earlier allotted seat and join the Round 3 seat. Candidates who join a seat in Round 3 under either All India Quota or State Quota will not be eligible to participate in any further rounds of counselling for the academic year 2025–2026, as per the NCISM information bulletin. Once a candidate joins the seat allotted in Round 3, upgradation or resignation is not permitted. | STRAY ROUND OF COUNSELLING | Stray vacancy counselling, if any vacancies arise after the third round of counselling, will be conducted by the Selection Committee under the directions of the Commissioner of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy and in accordance with the guidelines of NCISM / NCH. Fresh registration is permitted in the stray round with payment of a non-refundable registration fee of ₹500, and all candidates must also pay a non-refundable online processing fee of ₹500 at the time of choice filling. At the time of choice locking, candidates must pay a non-refundable advance tuition fee of ₹50,000 through the online payment portal to participate in the stray or any subsequent round, except for eligible SC/SCA/ST/BC (converted to Christianity from Scheduled Caste) candidates with an annual income below ₹2.5 lakh in self-financing AYUSH colleges, who are exempted from paying the advance tuition fee. Only candidates who are not holding any AYUSH seat are eligible to participate in this counselling, while those already admitted under All India or State Quota AYUSH seats are not eligible. If a seat is allotted, the candidate must download the allotment order and join the college within the stipulated date and time, for which an additional tuition fee of ₹15,000 must be paid to download the allotment order. Failure to download the allotment order or to join the college within the prescribed time will result in forfeiture of the advance tuition fee and ineligibility to participate in Tamil Nadu AYUSH counselling for the next academic year. Candidates who join and subsequently discontinue the course must pay a discontinuation fee of ₹1,00,000, and the tuition fee paid will not be refunded. Any candidate found involved in impersonation, suppression or misrepresentation of facts, or submission of forged or bogus documents at any stage of NEET 2025 or AYUSH admission 2025–2026 will have their allotment cancelled, face legal and criminal proceedings as per the Indian Penal Code, be handed over to the police if required, and will be permanently debarred from future AYUSH admissions in Tamil Nadu. The Selection Committee shall not be responsible for statutory approvals, infrastructure, annual renewals, or regulatory compliances of self-financing AYUSH colleges; therefore, candidates are advised to verify details through the respective college and NCISM/NCH websites before exercising their options, and no claims on these grounds will be entertained by the committee. |

The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, conducts online counseling for admission to Post Graduate (MD/MS) courses in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homoeopathy (ASU&H). Only AIAPGET-2025 qualified candidates can apply/register for AACCC-PG counseling.
Step 1: Registration – Candidates must register on the AACCC-PG portal to participate in counseling for admission to ASU&H-AIQ seats under Govt./Govt.-Aided/Central Universities/National Institutes/Deemed Universities.
Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee – Candidates must pay a non-refundable registration fee + refundable security deposit as per their chosen counseling category.
Step 3: Choice Filling – Candidates select their preferred streams and institutes. If they do not lock their choices in time, the system will auto-lock them as per server time.
Step 4: Seat Allotment Processing – Seats are allotted based on merit and candidate choices locked during choice filling.
Step 5: Provisional Result Publication – The provisional allotment result is published on the AACCC-PG portal. Candidates can email [email protected] for queries before the final result is published.
Step 6: Final Seat Allotment List – The final result is published, and candidates can download the allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.
Step 7: Physical Reporting – Candidates must report to their allotted college/institute with all original documents within the stipulated time (Refer to FAQs 25-30).
Note: The registration unlocking facility schedule is available “as a one-time measure” for all candidates who have not locked their choices to edit/modify their registration details on the portal if they fill in any wrong information.
a) AIAPGET-2025 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round 1
b) Candidates registered and participated in the 1st Round but were not allotted a seat. No need to register again.
c) R-1 not joined candidates who have opted for free exit in the 1st Round.
d) Candidates joined the R-1 allotted seat and submitted willingness for up-gradation at the time of reporting during R-1.
e) Round 1 joined candidates who availed of free exit and filled choices till the last day of choice filling period for R-2 are eligible for seat allotment. (Free exit period for R-1 joined candidates is available till the date of announcement of the R-2 final result-excluding the R-2 final result date)

b) Candidates who have already registered and complied with the counseling scheme but were not allotted seats in the 1st Round & 2nd Round. No need to register again.
c) Round 1 allotted candidates who availed of free exit.
d) Round 1 admitted Candidates who availed of Free Exit till the date of announcement of the R-2 final result (excluding the final result date).
e) Round 1 admitted candidates but not upgraded during R-2.
f) Round 1 admitted candidates but not upgraded during R-2 and availed of exit with forfeiture of counseling fees 3 days prior to the commencement of R-3 can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.
g) Candidates joined the R-1 allotted seats and submitted willingness for up-gradation but did not participate in the 2nd Round of counseling.
h) Candidates joined the Round-2 allotted/upgraded seat and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 3rd Round.
i) Round 2 non-joined candidates who availed of exit with forfeiture can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.
j) Round 2 joined candidates who availed of exit with forfeiture of counseling fees 3 days prior to the commencement of R-3 can participate in R-3 with full payment of counseling fees.
NOTE: Candidates who wish to participate in R-3 need to make a calculative decision before participating, as once they are allotted/upgraded a seat in R-3 of AACCC-PG Counseling, they must join the R-3 allotted/upgraded institute and their earlier allotted seats/admitted seat/allotted seat after R-3 result through any rounds of State/UT Counseling, if any, shall stand cancelled.
Step 1: Registration for all AIAPGET-2025 qualified candidates who wish to participate in AACCC-PG Counseling for admission to AIQ seats under Govt/Govt. Aided/Central Universities-National Institutes/ Deemed Universities.
Step 2: Payment of Counseling Fee (Non-Refundable Registration Fee + refundable Security Money) as per candidate’s preference on the selection of counseling in the AACCC-PG Portal, i.e., (i) AIQ-Govt (ii) Central Universities-National Institutes (iii) AIQ-Govt. Aided and (iv) Deemed Universities. Those candidates who have availed exit with forfeiture of counseling fees need to pay complete counseling fees again for participating in the subsequent rounds.
Step 3: Choice filling as per the candidate’s preference on streams and Institute. The choices filled during the 1st & 2nd Round become null & void (candidates can lock their choices as per schedule; if the candidate cannot lock the choices in time, it will automatically be locked as per server time).
Step 4: Processing of seat allotment as per candidate’s merit and choices on streams and institutes locked by the candidate/locked as per server time on the portal.
Step 5: Publication of provisional result on the AACCC-PG portal; if any queries on the allotment, candidates must mail to [email protected] within the specified time before publishing the final result. Requests/queries on allotment after publishing the final result shall not be entertained.
Step 6: Publication of final Seat allotment list (final result): Candidates can download the provisional allotment letter from the AACCC-PG portal.
Step 7: Publication of list of candidates who secured their AIQ-PG seats through R-1/R-2 till the date of announcement of R-3 final result and who have been allotted seats in R-3 are ineligible for any Ayush-PG Counseling 2025 (Central/State-UT). These candidates are ineligible to participate in other Ayush-PG counseling.
In this regard, it is also informed that the candidates who withdraw their seats during the period between 3 days before the commencement of R-3 and till the date of announcement of R-3 final result (excluding the final result date) are ineligible for AACCC-PG Counseling due to non-compliance of AACCC-PG Counseling scheme 2025.
Step 8: Physical Reporting to the allotted college/institute with all original documents (Refer FAQ No.25 to 30) within the stipulated time as per schedule.

Eligibility: A candidate must possess a Siddha Maruthuva Arignar (Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery) degree awarded by The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University or by any other recognized university, board, or medical institution included under the erstwhile Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 or the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) Act, 2020, and must be enrolled with the Central Council of Indian System of Medicine or the Tamil Nadu Siddha Medical Council. The candidate must have successfully completed the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) on or before the date prescribed by NCISM/AIAPGET-2025, must fulfil the eligibility criteria for AIAPGET-2025, and must have qualified AIAPGET-2025 by securing the minimum required percentile, i.e., 50th percentile for the General category; 40th percentile for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Most Backward Classes and Denotified Communities, Backward Classes (Muslim), and Backward Classes; and in the case of candidates with benchmark disabilities as defined under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, 45th percentile for the General category and 40th percentile for SC/ST/MBC & DNC/BC (Muslim)/BC categories.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR COUNSELLING:
ROUNDS OF ONLINE COUNSELLING BASED ON THE VACANCIES :
There are four Rounds of counselling :
Round1: Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable online processing fee of ₹1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) at the time of choice filling, and a refundable advance tuition fee of ₹5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) at the time of choice locking. Applicants are advised to exercise due care while filling choices and to select only their preferred colleges and specialties. Choices may be edited any number of times before locking; however, once locked, choices cannot be modified under any circumstances. Candidates who are allotted a seat in Round 1 of online counselling must download the provisional allotment order and report to the allotted college to join the course on or before the prescribed date and time.
Round2 : Candidates who are satisfied with their allotted seat and do not wish to change the college are not required to participate in Round 2. Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 1, whether joined, not joined, or discontinued the course within the stipulated date and time, shall remain eligible to participate in Round 2 of online counselling. Re-allotment and upgradation of seats shall be permitted in Round 2 and Round 3, strictly based on the candidate’s merit rank and applicable reservation norms. Candidates who locked their choices in Round 1 but were not allotted a seat are not required to re-fill choices. Fresh choice filling in Round 2 is permitted only for candidates who did not lock their choices in Round 1, subject to payment of a non-refundable online processing fee of ₹1,000/- at the time of choice filling and a refundable advance tuition fee of ₹5,000/- at the time of choice locking. Candidates who are upgraded or re-allotted a seat in Round 2 shall forfeit any claim to the seat allotted in Round 1 and must join the seat allotted in Round 2, while the vacated Round 1 seat shall be offered to other candidates in descending order of the provisional rank list. Candidates who did not join or discontinued the course within the stipulated time shall remain eligible for subsequent counselling rounds for the academic year 2025–2026 without forfeiture of fees; however, candidates who joined and discontinued the course after the stipulated time shall forfeit the advance tuition fee, be required to pay a discontinuation fee of ₹10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only), and shall not be eligible to participate in Round 3 of counselling.
Round3 : After completion of Round 2 of online counselling, the remaining vacancies shall be filled through Round 3 online counselling from the existing Provisional Merit List. Candidates who wish to participate in Round 3 and who have not paid the non-refundable online processing fee of ₹1,000/- and the refundable advance tuition fee of ₹5,000/- in the earlier rounds must pay the same at the time of choice filling through the online payment portal. Candidates who filled choices in Round 1 or Round 2 but were not allotted any seat are eligible for Round 3 and are not required to lock their choices again, whereas fresh choice filling is permitted only for candidates who did not fill any choices in Round 1 or Round 2. Candidates who have already joined a seat through All India Quota or State Quota counselling up to Round 3 shall not be eligible to participate in any further rounds of counselling for the academic year 2025–2026, as per the NCISM Information Bulletin. Candidates allotted a seat in Round 3 shall have no claim over any seat allotted in Round 2 and must join the Round 3 allotted seat within the stipulated date and time; once joined, upgradation, withdrawal, or resignation shall not be permitted under any circumstances, and such candidates shall forfeit both the online processing fee and the advance tuition fee and become ineligible for any further rounds of counselling.
STRAY ROUND OF COUNSELLING : Any stray vacancies arising after the completion of Round 3 counselling shall be filled through a Stray Round, to be conducted by the Selection Committee under the directions of the Commissioner of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM). Only candidates who are not holding any seat in the M.D. (Siddha) course, i.e., those not allotted seats in Round 1, Round 2, or Round 3, shall be eligible to participate, while candidates who have already joined any seat under the All India Quota or State Quota for M.D. (Siddha) shall not be eligible. Candidates opting to participate afresh in the Stray Round or any subsequent special rounds must pay a non-refundable online registration fee of ₹3,000/-, a non-refundable online processing fee of ₹1,000/-, and a refundable advance tuition fee of ₹5,000/- through the online payment portal. In the event of seat allotment in the Stray Round, candidates must download the provisional allotment order and report to the allotted college within the stipulated date and time; failure to download the allotment order or to join within the prescribed deadline shall result in forfeiture of the registration and advance tuition fees and disqualification from participating in M.D. (Siddha) counselling in the subsequent academic year. Further, candidates who join through the Stray Round and discontinue the course after the stipulated date and time, as prescribed by NCISM/AACCC or the State Selection Committee, shall forfeit the registration and advance tuition fees and shall be required to pay a discontinuation fee of ₹10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only).
VIRTUAL VACANCIES: If a candidate allotted a seat in Round 1 opts for upgradation in Round 2, the Round 1 seat will be treated as a virtual vacancy. During Round 2 choice filling, all candidates will be allowed to select these virtual vacancies. However, these seats will be converted into actual vacancies and allotted in Round 2 only if the Round 1 candidate vacates or upgrades the seat.
PROCEDURE FOR FILLING AND SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATIONFORM: Candidates are advised to download the Prospectus from the official website and read it carefully before completing the online registration process for the academic year 2025–2026. Applicants must log in to the official website www.tnayushselection.org to register, as the online application form will be available from 18-10-2025 to 22-10-2025 up to 5:00 PM. A non-refundable registration fee of ₹3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) must be paid through the online payment gateway at the time of submitting the application form.
