Kirti Nath Hahnemannian Medical College & Hospital, Bhagalpur was established on 10th April, 1946 by Dr. S.N.S. Capore , a  pioneer of  Homeopathy in India, eminent Homeopathic educationist, a social worker and a well known Homeopathic physician of Bihar.

K.N.H Medical College and Hospitals is situated in its own palatial building with a compound of about 12 acres of land in the V.I.P area of  Bhagalpur Municipal corporation near the District Magistrate's bungalow.

It is a premier Homeopathic institute of the country with 72 years high teaching academic record, the institute provides all opportunities for the professional career of students by imparting 5 and half year’s full time B.H.M.S. (Bachelor of Homeopathic & Medicine Surgery) degree course and one year compulsory internship in the college Hospitals.

The college was first recognized by Bihar State Board of Homeopathic Medicine, Patna in 1960.It was amongst the first two college in India where Drug Proving Research Unit was established by the Ministry of health Govt. of  India, New Delhi.In 1985 the college was granted permanent affiliation by B.R.Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. for B.H.M.S. Degree Course and Graded B.H.M.S. Course.

The college provides B.H.M.S. (Bachelor of Homoeopathy Medicine & Surgery) degree course recognized by Central Council of Homoeopathy (C. C. H.) New Delhi. The recognition was recommended by Central Council of Homoeopathy & approved by the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India, New Delhi with intake capacity of 50 seats.

Qualifying Percentile and Cut-off Score:

The College Cut-off is the minimum marks prescribed by the selection board for the admission of students. The merit list will be designed on these Cutoff scores. Aspirants who apply for the Institute needs to clear the Cut-off for various courses.

• Aspirants are required to obtain minimum qualifying percentile marks in NEET 2021 entrance examination to qualify for further admission process.
• Candidates who belong to SC/ ST/ OBC are required to obtain marks equivalent to at least 40thpercentile to be considered for AIQ and state counselling process.
• Aspirants who belong to UR category are required to score equivalent to at least 50thpercentile.
