Dr. R. B. Singh Gaya Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital was established in 1967 by visionary Dr. Ram Balak Singh, a veteran Homoeopath who after this formal education in Homoeopathy established this college to offer more avenues and opportunity of education in Classical Homoeopathy. His interest borne fruit by establishement of GHMCH in the natural surrounding on the bank of river NIRANJANA, place well known as Amawan very much adjacent to the district headquarter of Gaya district of Bihar. Amawan is located by the side of Bodh-Gaya a place of enlightenment for the Lord Buddha.
Dr. RBSGHMCH is Governed by a society registered under the society registeration act and now recognized by the Central council of homoeopathy, New Delhi. It is also permitted by the Department of AYUSH, ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India and Affiliated to the B.R.Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur Bihar.

Dr. R. B. Singh Gaya Homoeopathic Medical College maintain an exhaustive Libarary for both the students and teaching faculty, which is being enriched with new publications time to time.
Hostel:
After getting admission in the college, students will have to apply for the Hostel seats in prescribed application form available on payment. Strict discipline is to be maintained in the Hostel.
