ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో MBBS/BDS Competent Authority Quota (CQ) counselling కోసం apply చేయాలనుకునే NEET-UG 2026 విద్యార్థులు ముందుగానే తమ original certificates scan చేసి సిద్ధంగా ఉంచుకోవాలి. Dr. NTR UHS విడుదల చేసిన provisional document list ప్రకారం, counselling notification వచ్చిన తర్వాత online application సమయంలో ఈ documents upload చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

AP CQ Counselling కోసం ముఖ్యమైన Documents

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ Competent Authority Quota కోసం students సాధారణంగా ఈ certificates సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలి:

✅ Birth Certificate / SSC / 10th Class Marks Memo
✅ Intermediate / 10+2 Marks Memo లేదా equivalent certificate
✅ 6th to 10th Study Certificates
✅ Intermediate 2 years Study Certificates
✅ Transfer Certificate
✅ Community Certificate, if applicable
✅ Minority Certificate, if applicable
✅ EWS Certificate, if applicable
✅ Income Certificate / White Ration Card, if applicable
✅ PwBD Certificate, if applicable

Important Points for Students

Community Certificate విషయంలో AP Government competent authority ద్వారా issued certificate మాత్రమే admission కోసం consider చేయబడుతుంది. BC category students కోసం correct BC sub-category certificate upload చేయడం చాలా ముఖ్యం.

EWS category students కోసం 2026-27 valid certificate అవసరం. అలాగే Andhra Pradesh Non-Local quota claim చేయాలనుకునే students / parents కు study certificate, residence proof లేదా employment certificate వంటి documents అవసరం కావచ్చు.

PwBD students అయితే valid UDID card మరియు self-certified affidavit వంటి additional documents submit చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

File Size & Upload Format

Document upload సమయంలో చాలా certificates PDF format లో ఉండాలి. చాలా documents కి file size సాధారణంగా 500 KB వరకు ఉండాలి. NCC certificate వంటి కొన్ని documents కి size limit ఎక్కువగా ఉండవచ్చు. Photo మరియు signature మాత్రం JPG/JPEG format లో ఉండవచ్చు.

Students చేయకూడని Mistakes

చాలా students last moment లో documents arrange చేయడం వల్ల counselling సమయంలో mistakes చేస్తారు. Wrong certificate, outdated certificate, unclear scan copy, wrong file format, size limit issue లేదా category mismatch వలన application problem రావచ్చు.

అందుకే students counselling notification రావడానికి ముందే documents verify చేయించుకోవడం మంచిది.
